Traditional house restored with very large enclosed garden maintained by a gardener opening into a kitchen, dining-room, following lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV-TNT, DVD player, INTERNET access, one bath room with WC and one shower room with WC on the ground floor. Upstairs: one bedroom with 160cm bed, one bedroom with 150cm bed, one bedroom with 140cm bed, one bedroom with 3x80cm beds. A shower room with WC. New or in good condition foam mattress. Crockery and kitchen utensils provided for ten. Duvets and blankets provided. Linen not provided, linen rental possible. Garden table and chairs, sun loungers (3), barbecue, games, Parking on the property.

Tout le confort moderne (électroménager) dans un cadre XIXe authentique; on ne dort pas tous les jours dans des lits à baldaquin ! Très beau jardin entouré de murs; excellente literie; calme : on entend à peine les voitures passer sur la route, mais à marée haute, on peut distinguer le doux bruit des vagues sur la plage toute proche. Le seul inconvénient est que la maison peut être un peu humide ; mais l'avis général est: excellent !

La propriété se trouve à 300 mètres de la plage donc situation exceptionnelle.
La location est très calme, la literie est confortable. Tout fonctionne correctement dans la location La propriétaire est très serviable. C’est vraiment agréable de séjourner dans un lieu historique comme celui là.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse.
