About this house rental
Large typical house of 160m² recently renovated, very pleasant to live in both by its complete quality equipment and by its location
Located in a small township of a few houses with a beautiful square that allows children to play safely.
Very peaceful even in summer because it is out of the way of the main roads.
5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and 3 minutes from amenities.
You will have all our equipment "you won't miss anything"
The accommodation
The house has 5 bedrooms with different themes including 1 bedroom with mezzanine i.e. 5 double beds, 4 king size beds and 1 standard 140 bed. (duvets and pillows provided).
A large authentic living / dining room equipped with a connected TV, a High quality Bluetooth sound system, a fireplace equipped with a pellet stove etc...
For the cooks, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal.
Blender, blender, pierrade, raclette, oil-free fryer as well as all the utensils and cookware to delight 10 people. (1 fridge and 1 fridge/freezer)
Outside, you will enjoy a patio out of sight composed of a cocoon area to relax and unwind and a dining area.
A wood-burning barbecue and a gas plancha complete the set.
You will also have access to the garage in which we provide you with 15 bicycles (6 children, 9 adults) free of charge
Remember to bring your helmets.
Other remarks
Ideal and warm accommodation to get together in peace and quiet with family or friends
Holidays and noisy parties are not allowed.
The mandatory cleaning service is to be paid on site directly to Jennifer (100€ for the whole house)
You have the possibility to rent the linen on site also by notifying Jennifer or myself.
