Ideally located in the centre of Saint-Georges-d'Oléron, this spacious family home is perfect for accommodating several families or groups of friends wishing to fully enjoy the island of Oléron in a comfortable and friendly setting.
As soon as you enter, you will discover a large fully equipped open kitchen with dining area, ideal for sharing good times with your family. The living room is extended by a warm living room offering a pleasant space for relaxation. The first floor also has a first bedroom.
The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for your stay: fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, senseo pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery and many kitchen equipments.
Upstairs you will find four additional bedrooms, one of which is a suite with private bathroom. A second bathroom is also available upstairs to ensure optimal comfort for all occupants.
The house benefits from Wi-Fi access, a flat-screen TV with TV antenna as well as many practical amenities to facilitate your stay.
In terms of sleeping, the house can comfortably accommodate families and groups:
- A bedroom on the first floor with a pull-out bed composed of two 90 cm beds.
- A second bedroom with two 90 cm beds joined together.
