About this house rental
A charming family home with a newly renovated interior, nestled in a lush green setting just 3 minutes from the beach and the golf course, can accommodate up to 8 adults and 6 children, including 1 baby. The house consists of
- 4 beautiful bedrooms with double beds ranging from 9 to 12 m² (3 of which have direct access to the outdoors), a sleeping area with 2 loft beds measuring 90x200, a 2-person sofa bed, 1 baby bed (70x140) and a travel crib
- a walk-through bathroom with a bathtub and sink (hair dryer)
- 2 separate sinks
- 2 toilets located on either side of the house
- a living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen measuring over 35 m² (oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, television, fireplace)
Baby gear: car seat insert, potty, booster seat, travel crib, children’s tableware.
This property is situated in the middle of a 1,200 m² lot in an extremely quiet neighborhood, even in the height of summer. The garden will delight your young children with its trampoline, swings, and a ninja obstacle course nestled among the trees.
Just a 10-minute walk from downtown Boyardville, where you’ll find numerous shops and services:
- tourist office
- restaurants
- lively bars
- ice cream shop
- bakery
- tobacco shop/newsstand
- convenience store
- amusement rides
- nighttime craft market
- daytime farmers’ market
- bike rental
Boyardville is the starting point for several excursions offered on the island of Oléron, including the famous tour around Fort Boyard

Une maison agréable avec de grands espaces, un grand jardin. Très bien équipée, idéale avec des enfants. Proche de la plage.
