About this house rental
Spacious single-storey villa of 180m2 with terrace of 65m2 facing South-East, not overlooked, in an enclosed and wooded park of 2500m2 classified as a Remarkable Natural Area. Absolute calm and bird songs guaranteed: chickadees, robins, blackbirds, kites, owls, grey cuckoos....
The property is ideally located, in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths, between the fishing village of La Cotinière, its beaches (5 minutes by bike) and Saint-Pierre d'Oléron (8 minutes by bike), the charming "capital" of the island.
The house offers a large fully fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processors...), extended by a large bright living room with bay windows that open onto the terrace at the front, and a shaded area at the back, ideal for barbecues.
In the first wing, master suite with Queen size bed (160x200), dressing room, large shower room and WC.
A second separate toilet (Urinal + suspended toilet) is located next to the living room and close to the other 2 bedrooms.
In the second wing, second bedroom with Queen size bed and third very large bedroom offering a Queen size bed, 2 bunk beds of 90 and a 3-seater sofa (Cinna Smala) easily convertible into a 130x230 bed. A bathroom (bathtub and double sink) is directly accessible from the 2 bedrooms.
The house is located less than 20 minutes from the best spots on the island for kite-surfing, wing-surfing, surfing, paddle, etc... Garden hose available to rinse the equipment.
Garden furniture, barbecue, hammocks, bowls and petanque court, table tennis table also available.
Private parking on the property.
New and quality bedding. Duvets, pillows (2 per Queen size beds) and mattress protectors provided.
