Les Mathes-La Palmyre: villa of 180 m2 on 1000 m2 of land in a quiet private residence and not overlooked. Located 4. 5 km of beaches, 800 m from the city center with its shops, its supermarket, cinema, tennis courts, and its market every day in summer. 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds), one with shower room; 1 bathroom with tub. Mezzanine serving games room (table football, pinball, darts, billiards). Living room (leather sofa) dining room of 60 m2 kitchen (20 m2) fully equipped and pantry. wooden pool of 50 by 8. 4. 50 m deep and 30 m length 1. (heated from June to September) and secure with outdoor shower. Children playground, table tennis, trampoline 3. 60m fully secure, balançoire..le on a plot of 1000 m2. Very quiet and not overlooked. All walls and partitions are solid wood which guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic comfort in summer and winter. Stayed as a family of 5, two adults, two teens and a 3 year old.Lots of space, the owners were very helpful.The pool was lovely and a good size and the games room with pool table was a great addition.House was lovely, some of the outside items could do with replacing, like the wooden deckchairs and treehouse wasnt really usable. Other than that there was everything you needed. A well equiped kitchen and a bbq outside.The house is in a good area but you do need a car for sightseeing. Local beaches were great especially la Palmyre and Royan with some lovely eateries there.La Rochelle is alsi worth a visit.You can walk to the shop from the property in around 10 minutes.Overall a lovely holiday.

We had a great holiday in Les Mathes. We had our two dogs with us and the garden was excellent for them. Great size, secure and nice and shady. We loved going to La Palmyre which is only 5 mins away in the car. It was a shame there was no restaurants in walking distance but lots of choice in La Palmyre which we loved. The house is very roomy and Cedric and Eva were super helpful. We had a couple of days where we weren’t able to use the pool but they sorted as quickly as possible and communication was excellent!

Nous avons passé un super week end. Ambiance chaleureuse dans cette superbe maison. La salle de jeu est top pour les petits comme les plus grands ! Cédric est très sympa, disponible et accomodant. On reviendra 😊
