About this house rental
Life is beautiful in our freshly renovated house with garden 5 minutes from the coast, and 7 minutes from the magnificent beach of l'Ecuissière.
Very well located (central position on the island, close to the cycle path, direct access to the oyster route and its magnificent cabins, only 3 minutes from the Iléo aquatic centre, 3 minutes from Dolus d'Oléron by car, 2 km from the Golf course...), allowing you to discover the charms of our beautiful native island. Come and enjoy billiards and jacuzzi!
The accommodation:
A large house of 135 m2 comprising:
-A large living room with 3 sofas including a 2-seater sofa bed and a billiards table
-A fully equipped kitchen
-2 very bright and pleasant verandas
-A bathroom with a large shower
-2 toilets, one of which is outside (sheltered)
-A bedroom with two spacious bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a bathroom
-Another bedroom with two spacious bunk beds (sleeps 4) (the beds in both bedrooms were made to measure by carpenters, each bed includes a reading light and a socket)
-A large double bedroom with balcony upstairs, shutters and electric blind
- A double bedroom surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows
-A garden on the west side with wooden terrace, dining table, barbecue, jacuzzi, beautiful lawn
-Wifi with fiber optics
- Possibility for up to 14 people
Traveler access
You will have access to the whole house, on the first floor.

Bed linen and toilet for 5E/extra people
Sleeps up to 14 people
Tenants can rent surfboards and participate in surf lessons at a great rate with the Island Surf school of which I am the manager and surf instructor!
Possibility to have bikes delivered directly to your home thanks to the cyclo-cool workshop!
