About this house rental
Soulac sur mer, 250m2 architect's house, recently renovated while respecting its origine style.
Ideally located in a quiet area for unforgettable rest and private evenings.
Very close to the Soulac center (800m), only ten minutes to access it on foot or in less than two minutes by bike, the central beach is 1000m, other beaches are accessible by other paths nearby also.
Ideal for large family, several couples, team or group of peaople, this house is totally household and with a lot of space in all rooms. House is composed of
five bedrooms, 3 of which are spacious of 12m2 equipped with 160cm beds, two bedrooms with bunk beds including 5 of X90cm and 2 of X140cm. Note also that in the living room there is a Moroccan corner which with benches can offer 3 additional beds. Finally, extra beds are available and can be added in rooms that are spacious, to accommodate young children. A "baby" bed is also available on site.
A 55m2 living room with "old fashion" sofas, a fire hole, as well as a Moroccan corner with television.
A kitchen equipped with convection oven, hobs, American fridge, dishwasher and adjoining cellar equipped with a laundry washing machine.
Two toilets, a bathroom and a separate shower room.
Finally in the heart of the U that the house forms a large terrace of around 60m2, a real life area during the holidays, equipped with a plancha, a large and small table, a jacuzzi and a large hammock.
The house has a fully fenced 2200m2 plot, ideal for outdoor games and children safely.
It is also possible to park cars on this land closed by a portal.
An internet box is active in the house with access included in the rental.
Bikes (fifteen) are also available on site. There are pretty cycle paths around.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Soulac-sur-Mer with a group of eight, including four children, renting this spacious and well-equipped house. The property was ideal for our stay, offering a large garden filled with play equipment for the kids, as well as bicycles, beach toys and a Jacuzzi. The house itself was roomy and comfortable, featuring three bathrooms and two separate toilets – a practical layout for our group. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the provision of linens and towels. Outside, the expansive terrace and garden were nice for relaxation and outdoor meals. Communication with the owner was excellent; Francis was responsive, informative, and attentive throughout our stay. The only areas of improvement were the cleanliness of the house and the kitchen showed signs of age, although it was fully functional and met all our needs. Despite this, the overall experience was positive. We thoroughly enjoyed our in Soulac and would recommend this property to families seeking a child-friendly retreat and a lot of space.
