About this house rental
Single storey family house dating from the 50s, very bright, functional, 'industrial style' decoration, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 + 2 extra mattresses + cot, closet in each room), 2 bathrooms each with a WC, fitted kitchen, large living-dining room, television, DVD player, HiFi system. Private garden, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Basement with exterior entrance and interior communication.
Electrical installation redone, appliances, bedding, furniture: year 2013.
Located in Les Gaules, green and very quiet residential area, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the nautical center and the beach, 800 m from the tennis court, 1.5 km from the village center and shops. Easy parking on the street and nearby.
Ideal for young children or people with little mobility: no bunk bed, fully enclosed grounds, gate and wicket with key, no stairs inside, only 4 low steps in the garden to access the house.
All beds are without head or end of bed: compatible for people over 1m90.
From July 10 to August 20, cleaning is obligatorily carried out by a cleaning lady whose cost is included in the rent. Outside these dates, cleaning can be done at your choice by yourself or by a cleaning lady, at a rate of 90 euros to be paid directly to the person who welcomes you.
Linen rental possible to see directly with the person making the reception.

Super séjour dans une maison très agréable, spacieuse, ou chaque membre de la famille peut avoir son indépendance. Madame CORBEAU est charmante et notre arrivée comme notre départ s'est très bien passé. Les contacts avec les propriétaires ont été excellents. Séjour très agréable.

Belle situation pour cette maison confortable et bien équipée. Proche de la mer et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de Noël en famille.
