Nice location. Great view of the water. Apartment had everything that we needed for a great stay. Parking instructions ahead of getting to area would have eased the check in.

We stayed five nights with two kids (11 & 13). The location was beautiful as it was one of the highest windows in town, right on the beach. It is advertised as third floor but North Americans would call it fourth floor (58 stairs up :). The apartment was clean and reasonably equipped. The kitchen is quite small with no oven (stovetop only plus microwave). Bedrooms were adjoining with only a curtain separating, which I did not expect. We had to walk through the kids’ bedroom to get to our bedroom. Minimum of linens were provided. Location was great. Kids loved the tidal pools every day. We visited many WW2 sites plus drove to Mont St Michel and other scenic drives. There is a bakery a few blocks away plus a small grocery store even closer. We drove to the larger grocery store once, about 10 min away. We enjoyed watching France win the World Cup in a local restaurant (Crabe Verte). Being right on the beach, I was surprised there weren’t any beach supplies (beach towels, umbrella, sand buckets, etc) although I didn’t ask for them and it’s possible they would have been provided. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and the accommodation worked well for us.

My little family of 4 recently stayed at Cedric’s lovely apartment in St. Aubin. We selected his apartment because it was close to visit all the D-Day sites and it is literally right on the boardwalk next to the beach! The apartment itself was extremely clean and well decorated. The bathroom was excellent and the shower was very hot and felt amazing. The apartment is on the third floor so there are many steps, however, the view is completely worth it. We have a 2.5 year old and a 5 year old and both managed the stairs just fine! Comfortable beds and fast wi-fi. Check in and check out was very easy and pleasant. We were assisted by Cedric’s niece Lucie and she was so nice and punctual. She even gave excellent food recommendations. (We loved the Charleston restaurant and actually ate there twice!) Parking was at the free car park down the street and was easy to find and convenient. I would recommend this lovely apartment to anyone looking to visit St. Aubin!! Thank you Cedric and Lucie for a wonderful stay! :-)

This is a beautifully remodeled apartment on the third floor of a historic 1901 villa. It is ideally situated right on the beach-front promenade near restaurants, a pharmacy and small grocery store. The view out the front window is amazing! There is free parking available about 100 meters from the villa. Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer is an adorable village with the typical narrow streets and charming architecture. It is ideally situated to explore the D-day landing sites and close to Caen, if the small villages are too quiet for you. Cedric, the owner, was a great host. He provided information on the area and was very prompt and professional with communication. I highly recommend this property!

We recently spent three nights at this beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and a perfect location. Cedric was absolutely charming and the perfect host. He met us at the curb, helped with out luggage and had helpful hints about dining. If we get to this area again, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Wake up to amazing tide changes on the beach. Something to experience. Excellent location to stay if you want to explore the Normandy area. Our family (Inc. 2 teenagers) did day trips from Honfleur to Cherbourg. Free parking nearby. Quaint apartment on 4th floor delivered necessities. Very small but modern kitchen. We had several dinners on the fabulous ocean boardwalk right outside apartment. 2 bedrooms adjoining. Newly renovated washroom. When we return to Normandy we will stay here again and are recommending to friends.

Villa la loggia is a little piece of heaven. We stayed for one week. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay on the Normandy beaches. We did not have a car but it was no problem to visit local sites, shopping and restaurants. The tourist information is close by and very helpful for setting up tours to museums or churches in nearby villages. There is local bus to and from Caen. The home owner was accommodating, cheerful and available immediately if we had a problem! The beach, the promenade, the local bakery, the restaurants were all excellent. The apartment had great amenities with a well equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and strong wifi. Villa la loggia was the highlight of our three week European vacation.
