PAPILLON VIEUX NICE is a pretty apartment located in the Old Town of Nice, with breathtaking views of the gardens of "La Coulée Verte".
Decorated and arranged with taste, it is a very bright and cordial studio proposing a quality furniture.
You will be seduced by the neat decoration of the apartment as well as by its nice balcony done up with clear view on the city of Nice, southern exposure. In addition, the glass tiles delineating the bathroom add cachet and brightness to the room.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator from the 1st floor (it is necessary to climb a floor with feet), it is air-conditioned and has a free internet wifi connection in wifi.
Located in the central street, you will be in the Old Town of Nice. You will have access nearby to two local shops, traditional shops of Nice products and typical restaurants. In addition, you will be just minutes from the Old Port of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, and right in front of the Coulée Verte which leads to the famous Place Masséna.
You will be only a few meters from the tram and a bus stop, allowing you to move as you please in the city of Nice.

The location was amazing - really close to the tram and bus stops. Additionally, there are many things to do within walking distance. The patio of the apartment was what really drew me to it. The view was unbelievable. Even though it was really close to the road, the noise level was really low. I would absolutely stay here again, if given the opportunity.

Walking distance from the beach so you did not need to use public transportation to walk along the water or lounge on the beach. The studio apartment is very modern and clean. Had everything you need including dishwasher, clothes washing machine, stove, and basic kitchen appliances. Great floor to ceiling windows with private terrace and view of the city. Right on the edge of Old Nice so you are close to food, markets, and shops. Only areas for improvement: You need to use the key to lock and unlock your door even from the inside of the apartment. I don't love that you have to use a key to leave especially in case of an emergency (which never happened of course). Also, the walk to pick up and drop off your keys is a little inconvenient and is about a 20 minute walk so be prepared as you are lugging your luggage around the city. Finally, the shower does not drain very well and often filled up so I would have to turn the water off and wait for it to drain slowly. Besides these minor things, I would absolutely recommend staying here for a great experience in Nice!

The property looks much different in person than in pictures. The couch we slept on was filthy… there were burn makes on the arm rests as well. You’re expected to pay for extra towels and sheets regardless of how long your stay is, and they do not provide any additional toilet paper either. I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about. The only thing I can say is the view from the balcony was beautiful and it was in a great location for walking through the city and the tram.
