A good find off the beaten track but facing the Solent.
Sole guests but that did not detract from the experience and we were grateful for that. The location is very quiet despite being off the road. The room was comfortable and with a plug in heater against the cold. The dining room is a delight and the breakfast very good. There's a great view over the Solent to the Isle of Wight from the small guest lounge on the top floor. Very handy for a walk along the coast. We will return.
A pet request for me: some muesli for breakfast. A bit more water pressure from the shower.

Perfect for a weekend by the beach
The location was excellent and easy to find and offered easy access to walk on the beach. The breakfast was very good and the owners extremely nice. There is also a sun room with lovely views of the sea.

I have stayed here many times and it's an unknown Gem, people do not realise how amazing the place is and how close it actually is to Portsmouth but out of the beaten track and close to the Solent.
