Overall, location was super good, property was clean, everything working 2min from station, 15min from beach etc

Location was really good, 15min walk from beach trough old town, plenty of shops and bars nearby, a market at the entrance to the property. AC was a savior, one one the first floor and second on the top floor right above bed. 2 toilets is a plus, hairdryer etc. wifi was quite good to watch some netflix on laptop.

We didnt had any salt or coffee machine, low on toilet paper, no detergent for washing machine and a drying rack to dry washed clothes.

Excellent location. Clean apartment. Efficient and quiet ac. Allowed to check-in before 5pm.

A bit tatty and in need of some repair.. Curtains loose and needed fixing on arrival. Very poor lighting in bathroom. Shower door handles broken. Clothes horse broken. Only 2 very small containers of shower gel for 3 people over 2 days. Dirty washing up sponges in kitchen.

I wouldn’t stay there again

Unable to use microwave as no socket available No batteries in remote control so couldn’t watch tv. Shower door faulty. Reported these issues to host but no effort made to sort issues. It’s dishonest to offer facilities that are unavailable

Mould in the bathroom ( quite visible ) and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was /is not operational. Check-in Option available was quite late in the afternoon.( 5 pm )

Location is wonderful even has a food shop below the apartment.

Very basic accommodations, no extra anything salt, no pepper. No garbage bags limited bedding 4 towel old and shabby. Not even a hairdryer.

Very good stay

The location was great. You could access everything with just a short walk. The apartment was very nice, spacious, generally clean and it had everything we needed. The host was very nice and welcoming. She helped us with the information for check-in and check-out. We had a very comfortable 3-night stay. It was worth the price.

This is a nice apartment in the center of Nice, close to everything, it's great. Downstairs is the supermarket, and we got the keys from the supermarket counter. It is more suitable for people who want to live in Nice for a long vacation. They can cook their own meals and have complete utensils.

The room is #107, but the hoster said Number 8. It was a bit confusing because the next door is room #108.

The location is super, is very near to everything (supermarket, tram, bakery shops, restaurants, cafes, etc) There is a lot of daylight during the day. Price is considered lower than others. The owner let us enter the apartment before the check in time.

The Apartment itself is not up to our expectations in terms of hygiene standards. Towels are clean but very old and has dirty spots (we got 1 towel for each person) We were told that the apartment does not provide toilet papers and we have to buy it ourselves at supermarket. Pots are not clean.

Good apartment and would recommend staying in.

Good location close to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants etc and 5/10 mins walk to the old town. Living room area was also bigger than expected.

No clothes rack to dry washing and no kitchen knives made cooking a little more difficult.

Un séjour confortable dans un appartement spacieux et une résidence silencieuse.

Une très grande disponibilité de l'hôte. La précision des informations données et la réactivité. L'appartement était spacieux, bien équipé, dans un quartier central, et dans une résidence silencieuse.

Rien de particulièrement gênant à redire. Le lit était peut-être un peu petit pour y dormir à deux (c'est un 140x200). Le volet de la chambre n'obstrue pas énormément la lumière le matin, ce qui peut gêner les dormeurs au sommeil léger. Pas de vue particulièrement charmante : c'est normal, on est dans une cour d'immeuble !

Gute Lage VS Sauberkeit

Allem voran gefiel uns die Lage. Man hat eine sehr gute Anbindung zu Allem. 2 min zur Tram. 5 min zum Bus. 3 min zum Bäcker. Supermarkt im Haus. Das Bett im Appartement 8 ist gut. Auf dem Balkon konnte man gut frühstücken.

Das Appartement 8 ist abgenutzt. Mängel, die bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen genannt waren, sind immer noch vorhanden wie z.B. Vorhänge und Balkontür. Die Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben bei Ankunft erstmal selbst geputzt. Putzmittel waren nicht vorhanden. Ebenso gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Und keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen. Bei einem Städtetrip mit Flugzeuganreise ist es schwierig, dass man selbst Gewürze zum Kochen kaufen muss. Und man sollte wissen, dass das Badezimmer unter dem Dach sehr sehr klein ist.
