Location on Campo San Polo, just 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from St. Mark’s Square, is the perfect starting point for walking tours of the city, and at the same time guarantees silence and tranquility during the leisure.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building , its design refers to the Venetian style. Large windows make it very bright and shutters permit to hide from the sun in a very sunny days.
The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa and big dining table next to the fully equipped kitchen. In the second room there are two single beds and on the mezzanine one double bed. Available to residents are bathroom with bath, towels and hair dryers.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was friendly and communication perfect. We really loved the quaint square and neighborhood - it felt more local but still is only a beautiful 15 minute walk from St. Marks. Plenty of great eateries at just 5 mins walk!

The Apartment was amazing, like an old little venice palace. It is a very good starting point to explore venice.

Venice was the start to a two week vacation in Europe and our travel did not go as we planned. Long story short we arrived a day and a half late and were a bit grumpy and tired. When we arrived at the apartment (which our water taxi dropped us off very close to) we were met by Elzbieta's husband who checked us in quickly and showed us around the apartment. I have no idea how long he may have been waiting for us but he didn't show it. He could not have been more kind and welcoming! The beds were comfortable for our group of three adult's on a girls trip. The bathroom was clean and the apartment was well equipped for what we needed during our very short stay. The next morning Elzbieta arrived right on time with her adorable son and checked us out so we could head to the train station. We didn't use the kitchen or the washing machine but I am sure if we had we would not have encountered any trouble. The blow dryer in the apartment was nice and worked well. The wifi was great too. We all connected to it easily and it had great service. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay I would encourage you to consider this apartment. If I ever make it back to Venice I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....hopefully for a little longer this time. (-:
