Conveniently located for my work placement. On a quiet residential cul de sac. Easy off road parking space available. Comfortable, clean, warm enough & facilities very good. Nice shower. Bed & pillows excellent.

Last minute booking as we got double booked elsewhere lucky they had 2 rooms left. Very clean very comfortable bed. Well worth the find. Also Jay the manager was very helpful and assisted us when needed

Very comfortable bed! Nice, clean and easy instructions to access the property. Welcome note and biscuits was a nice touch. General manager polite and responsive to queries. The room was warm on arrival which was fab as it was cold outside!

Wifi wasn't great and only local TV channels. No Netflix, Prime etc. Bathroom is small, but clean and functional.

The place was spot on. Everything we needed was there. Room was spacious and the General Manager (Jay) was very helpful. Definitely booking it again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A little tricky to initially enter the suite with location of Smart keylock.

Room is clean and warm. Decent amenities, bathroom is small but clean and everything worked.

The WiFi is non existent and the room is a dead spot for 4G/5G.

Host was super helpful, the room was great, and we really appreciated the little touches. So great to have a fridge too! Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, couldn't have wanted more really!

I think the tap could do with being looked at in the kitchenette area, as it was very loose

A very good value, clean room. Its a house that has been converted into self contained rooms. I had a room with a small kitchenette. There is a shared, communal kitchen if you need to cook or toast anything. No staff on site, I checked in late and had an issue with my window, remote staff answered my query right away to help me rectify the issue even though it was late.

It had everything you need for a short stay

Great studio rooms. We were doing a charity bike ride from Fairfield House Bath heading to Dunham Massey Manchester, Wolverhampton was on the National cycling route. The room had everything we needed to relax and prepare for the next day

Location was a bit random - in the middle of a housing estate. Easy check in and clear instructions - room was very comfortable and well appointed.

The worst experience ever. Got to the apartment around 6 pm and I noticed the heater was not working then I contacted the apartment manager (Jay) who advised me to turn the thermostat on which I did after 30mins There was nothing on, therefore, I called him again and he promised to send someone to fix it before I come back from my outing. On returning, there was still no heater on at 00:30 am midnight. I texted him again and he (Jay) suggested that he give me another Room 10 minutes away by driving I told him, I do not drive and had no way to get there and besides I was very tired and I needed to sleep, after several texting and calling He (Jay) proposed to refund the cost of the apartment as compensation. However, when I checked out in the morning he apologised for any inconvenience coldness might have caused me. I reminded him of the refund and he promised to set up the refund during office hours on Monday morning. Ever since then, I have been waiting for the refund which never came. I reported the case to PayPal and they told me when they contacted Booking.com it was reported I didn't show up at the apartment therefore, I did not deserve a refund. It was very hurtful to hear such meaning (Jay) deceived me.

There was No Heating the apartment, sleeping in a cold room and being scammed of refunding the cost of the apartment.

Everything was perfect 🥰, I will definitely come back .

Fabulous place to stay. Such wonderful staff on hand. Answer any queries immediately. Self check in & check out but it’s all made very clear. Rooms are very well equipped with a fridge & microwave. Stayed here many times & intend on staying many more times!! Comfortable and safe. What every solo female traveller needs. Thank you so much to Jay & his team. I really enjoy staying at your properties.

Quiet and very secure

Although the property was in a built up housing area, we had no problems finding it with sat nav assistance. Communication with the property company was prompt and helpful. The key pad codes and information came through as promised and access was easy. Once inside, the room facilities were excellent, providing microwave, fridge and utensils for simple food preparation and ironing facilities. Tea, coffee, milk and bottled water was provided. The shower and bathroom provisions met our needs well including a hair dryer. The room was spotless. We were able to park in the driveway. The welcome note added a nice personal touch. We would use this accommodation again. Thank you to Jay and the team.

The key box to the right hand side of the door confused us a little until we spotted the key pad on the door. Otherwise there are no negative points to mention.

The condition and smell in one of the rooms, sewage/ drainage smell extremely bad. I was told I would be given a discount/ refund however I still haven’t received this and I stayed there 8th July. They do not communicate well and are still yet to compensate us.

It was convenient to where we were visiting friends. Great communication, nice comfortable stay.
