Lovely little appartement

The room has all you need, it was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean. The apartments building is located close to town centre, we loved the appartement we stayed in (number 6) and will definitely come back.

Everything I couldn’t fault the property, the executive room was everything and more as it has all facilities you need not to leave your room. Upon extending my stay had to transfer to another room but still couldn’t fault it again only thing if I needed to leave the room would have been for the kitchen. So cosy and clean and quiet.

The outside was quite nice, the rooms were lovely. Beds super comfy. The small communal kitchen/dining was lovely. I would recommend this accommodation if staying in central Wolverhampton as only a 10 minute drive. Good communication with manager.

Fantastic stay, feels like a home away from home.

The rooms were very well equipped, I especially liked the Superior Room with its full kitchen and lamps for ambience. The bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and warm. The provided amenities were also excellent, including linens.

The extract fan didn't appear to be working in the Superior Room bathroom, which didn't cause much issue with how well heated the space was. The fridge was also a little noisy, so I switched it off overnight as I didn't need it.

The perfect little retreat that ticks all the boxes

The room was just beautiful and the decor was just perfect. So much in a small space that you wanted for nothing. Everything was super clean and fresh and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was a great find and the perfect location from the station and to the town centre. It was great for our visit to the Keep It Country Festival at KK Steel Mill, we will be back next year.

If I had one minor niggle, and it is very minor, I would have included more sweeteners, 2 packs of biscuits rather than 1 and better instant coffee, the old Nescafe just isn't cutting it in the 21st century.

The rooms was extremely comfortable with everything I needed and it was very clean. It was really close to the workplace I was visiting so very convenient. Great value for money, easy entrance to the property

I was travelling alone and did not quite feel secure as my room was direct off the kitchen and directly onto the garden. My room was adjacent to the kitchen and I was woken up at 11.30pm with a very loud rumble as someone had put the washing machine and tumble dryer on. The neighbours were quite loud until late but the property has no control over this.

Superbly appointed but too small

Great facilities and many detailed touches. Stylish. Clean and airy. Great to have a washer and tumble dryer to use. Good communication. Good value for money hence good score despite reservations below.

Tiny room, really suitable for a single person. Could only get in one side of the bed and so only one bedside table. By the time you’d put your bags down not enough floor space. Only one chair so had to eat dinner sitting in the bed. The door of this ‘Garden room 3’ opened off the kitchen, handy if you were cooking like us but would have been noisy if others were using it (they weren’t this time).

The bathroom area smelt of drains, you had to make sure the door was permanently shut. It was immaculately clean though. The room was extremely hot, a fan was provided though.

Fabulous

We have stayed before and love the Larches. Perfect location only 25 mins walk into town. Has a bus stop to town and the end of the street. Spotlessly clean. Fan placed in room was a nice touch and it was a decent one so helped keep the room cool. Big tick for that.

The radiator was on and we couldn't turn it off it was really hot inside and outside.

Fastidiously clean and very comfortable

Fastidiously clean and extremely well appointed. Bedding was of very high quality and extremely comfortable. Access via codes communicated early in the day. No issues whatsoever and would definitely recommend Free plentiful parking on the road and only a short £4.50 Uber ride to town centre.
