Good Manager, mediocre decor, small room and small and uncomfortable bed.

I did like the Manager's friendly nature on text and email and he did contact me to "upgrade" the room. I don't see how the room was an upgrade though unless the other rooms are somehow worse. I did like how hot the room was when I arrived and the note on the table with my name on it. It was however a small room and mediocre.

The room was small, the bed was small I am not used to sleeping in a standard double in a hotel and it felt small and uncomfortable. The area was not great and the parking was limited. The automated locks and the front door were a bit of a pain. We needed to turn off the fridge in the room as it was very close to the bed. It was ok but I don't understand why the reviews are so good for a very average Air BnB. I did not think it was good value for money and due to the bed being small and uncomfortable we slept poorly. I am really not sure whether to give it a 5 or a 6 so I am giving it a generous 6.

The host was super accommodating & flexible! Outstanding service and a immaculate room

Everything was all in one room just like you would find in a hotel! So thoughtful with a note pad , pens . A desk and chair. A second chair to sit near the patio with doors leading to the secluded garden. Tray full of teas , biscuits . A Fridge , microwave , iron facilities , TV. I was so impressed!! I would definitely re book.

I was a little confused where to park when I arrived, if to park right outside the property on their drive or on the road. I wasn’t familiar with the parking restrictions if the onsite driveway hadn’t been free for upto 2 cars that night what would I have done as I arrived after midnight on New Year’s Day. I didn’t know if there was a side drive to the property. I was new to the area . I was very lucky that there was a space on the drive right outside the property.

Excellent location for our needs. Superb communication from host. Fantastic room with really good facilities.

The kitchen area needs a bit of TLC. One of the drawers had no bottom and the drawers were a little rickerty. The plinth wasn’t fixed. Minor issues that didn’t affect our stay. We were still very happy with the accommodation.

Delightfully peaceful

It was a very good peaceful room. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the garden due to the weather but you got more in your room than you would in bigger hotel rooms.

Nothing negative to say about the property. I only wish I remembered to get more milk and drinks for the fridge provided!

Great location for the event we were attending, and there is a 24hr McDonald's a minute walk away which is super useful for a late night snack or breakfast. Driveway parking (quite small but my car fitted easily with another car on there already). Apartment was clean and much bigger than expected and it was lovely to have all the kitchen facilities in the room. The main double bed was very comfortable. Jay the manager was great with communication from the point of booking right through to after checkout, very polite and helpful.

Only a small thing but the sofa bed in the room wasn't very comfortable at all, the mattress was very thin and it sagged a lot. OK for one night like we did, but I wouldn't want to sleep on that for more than that.

Really nice property, very efficiently managed. Jay the Manager was incredibly helpful. We were lucky to be upgraded to room 6 which had its own kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable bed, sofa, etc. Really convenient for seeing a band at KKs.

The front door entry point is a little narrow when you have a suitcase and you’re trying to put in the door code but it was all manageable.

One of the best places to stay in Wolverhampton! The room is always clean and organised and feels very safe. The location is perfect—close to the city centre, pubs, and restaurants. My favourite room is the one with the garden view—it’s my little escape place, peaceful and relaxing after a long day. I always enjoy my stay here and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸✨

The room was freezing cold and I could just hear the neighbours all the time! My door kept being knocked because certain people wanted my vehicle being moved even though it was a free car parking space!

Parking area, could do with parking maybe around the back? Just about parked the car but felt it was partially on the pavement but there was no more space to reverse back.

Impersonal, hot and noisy place, but cheap.

The location was good for where I needed to be. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good en-suite too.

Beware there are no on-site staff and, in the event I had issues with the heat and and noise from other residents until 1.30am, they were not responsive after 11pm. Due to noise issues I eventually got a response at 1.30am and they assisted with it remotely. There is no breakfast provided and you don't meet the owner. It's a very impersonal experience quite different from being in mist hotels. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was hard to sleep as the room was so hot and there is very little sound insulation.

An aparthotel that compares extremely well with many others.

Stylish,well designed studio room with very comfortable bed and multiple pillows. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Quiet pleasant road. Immediate and very helpful response when I had a technical hiccup. Well managed property.

Modern studio and a very good location.

Clean and tidy, great location and very helpful staff. They were very good at communicating and dealt with every issue that rose. I managed to find parking in the surrounding areas, usually in Stournari near Polytechneio.

WiFi didn't always have good signal. There was a coffee machine without pods(just to tease me?😂). In general, a few things like 1-2 washing machine pods, coffee pods would be nice to have.
