Anja and Fred were incredible hosts. We were coming from several hours away and sightseeing along the way, so it was hard to arrive at an exact time. They were very flexible about arrival time and left the key for us to check in on our own if necessary. We were running out of clean clothes and they helped us do laundry even though it was quite late. Fred gave us some great recommendations for dinner, though it was almost 11 by the time we got to Cassis, and most places were closing. We were also able to stay later than the check-out time since there were no reservations for the apartment the next day, which was SO helpful for my jet-lagged 8-year-old. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with more amenities than we needed. Highly recommend a stay here! It’s very close to Cassis but in a quiet area with a great breeze. There are also shops in the town that are walkable for fresh bread in the morning.

We stayed one night during a trip to the Calanques. *Reservation, we ended up paying more than the listing price due to cleaning fees. We had no choice as it was during the Euro2016 so we rented it *Check in was at 5pm as requested by the owner *The house was clean, although most of the linnings were very old and low quality. *The owner gave us directions and recommendations to visit around Overall, it was a decent place but wouldn't recommend for a long stay

Spacious, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable, with an owner who is welcoming and full of excellent advice both for practical matters and for things to do. Perfectly placed to be a base for all sorts of provencale activities, allowing you to retreat from the tourists and head for the hills.

Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, gut, gelegen, nur wenige Minuten von Cassis. Man sollte allerdings wissen, was einen erwartet, denn die Bilder im Internet sind sehr bearbeitet und zeigen nicht die Wirklichkeit. Darüber bin ich persönlich erschrocken. Das Wohnzimmer und die Schlafzimmer stecken noch in den 80ern einer Studenten-Bude. Wände (Wischtechnik) könnten nach Jahrzehnten dringend einen neuen Anstrich vertragen und einige Möbel, Bilder, Regale, Lampen gehören ausgemistet. Das Toilette ist auch noch aus dieser Zeit, Bad ist neu, die Küche auch neuwertig, sehr gut ausgestattet (!), die Matratzen der beiden Schlafzimmer sind gut (uns hat das positiv gestimmt), eine Heizung oder Nachttisch, Schränkchen gibt es in dem Mini-SZ nicht. Die Außenanlage mit Bar haben wir nicht gesehen. Es gibt einen netten Freisitz und 2 Liegen. Wir durften im Hof parken. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Danke dafür! Man sollte wie wir Hühner mögen, da sie früh morgens laut gackern. Die Hühner am Haus sind allerdings erbärmlich gehalten, was uns auch zu schaffen gemacht hat. Zu kleine Hütte, kein Sandbad, kaum Auslauf, keine Beschäftigung, schmutzig, notdürftig. Wir durften sie füttern. Allgemein stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis für diese Gegend!

Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce et est bien équipé et situé. Le logement est plutôt humide mais équipé de deux déshumidificateurs qui fonctionnent bien. Le ménage laissait à désirer mais la propriétaire a bien pris en compte nos remarques et cela semble davantage lié à la succession de locations qu'à une habitude donc je pense vraiment que vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés.

Wir haben wunderbare 2 Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben im Internet, die Familie Stoll ist super nett und zuvorkommend, absolut hilfsbereit und freundlich. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Bäckereien und Apotheken, der Strand ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der Weg führt durch die Calanques. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu sehen und zu erleben, abends freut man sich, im schönen schattigen Innenhof ein Abendessen zu genießen. Sehr sehr empfehlenswert, wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Stoll!

Mit etwas neuer Farbe und einmal ausmisten wäre dieses Haus wunderschön. Die Fotos, die zu der Wohnung im Internet zu sehen sind, zeigen einen anderen Zustand. Die Terrasse war ein echtes Highlight. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Haushälterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei unserer Rückfahrt geholfen ein Taxi zu bestellen. Dafür sind wir ihr sehr dankbar. Wir würden gerne noch einmal in das Haus fahren.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, welches über einen sonnigen Hof verfügt, auf dem es sich prima frühstücken lässt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele, Einkaufs-, Parkmöglichkeiten etc. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto in 10 min. zu erreichen. Die Küste ist wunderschön und die Strände eignen sich hervorragend zum Baden. Reizvolle Ausflugsziele finden sich gerade auch in der näheren Umgebung. Wir haben den sommerlichen Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Un accueil très chaleureux par une amie d'Anja. L'appartement est très joli et très agréable pour 5. Une situation idéale, tout près de Cassis dans un quartier calme. Je regrette de n'être restée qu'une nuit, car le jardin permettait un chouette moment de détente.

Tout y est bien pensé et fait pour s'y trouver "presque" comme chez soi. Seul petit bémol, s'il faut justifier le manque de la 5ème étoile pour l'évaluation du séjour, se situe dans la literie 140 cm : pas assez ferme à notre gout, idem pour les coussins. Acceuil très amical qui plus est, merci !

Super accueil est une grande disponibilité de la part de Virginie pour l'arrivée comme au départ. Une première pour nous avec Abritel, une première réussite à 100 %. Maison, jardin super grand et agréable , les différents aménagements sont de qualité et facilite grandement le confort au quotidien dans cette maison. Une literie de qualité. Le tout dans un quartier calme agréable. Comme dit plus haut un excellent séjour 100% réussi, aucune fausse note

Rez-de-chaussee de villa spacieux, agreable et bien equipe. Parfait pour un sejour en famille avec enfants. La situation est ideale pour la visite des calanques de Cassis. Formule nettement moins onereuse par rapport a l'hotel. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé deux semaines vraiment agréables dans une région que nous ne connaissions pas. M et Mme Stoll se sont montrés serviables et accueillants. Les + : la possibilité d'arriver le dimanche pour éviter les bouchons, le linge de maison fourni (draps et serviettes), les lits faits à l'arrivée, la place de parking dans la cour, les lessives gentiment faites par Anja, la situation géographique, à deux pas de l'autoroute et au centre de nombreuses balades et lieux de baugnade, le ménage compris dans le prix. Les - : quasiment rien à dire si ce n'est que les propriétaires vivant à l'étage, avec carrelage et des enfants, nous avons un peu souffert du bruit. Idéal pour les lève-tôt et couche-tard☺
