Very comfortable room with the nicest family hosts. They helped me book a tour of the surrounding sites and a limo van to Hanoi, and I was able to pay for lodging and the tour/cab directly through the property with card. You can also rent a bike for 50 VND per day. They made an egg or pancake breakfast with coffee daily. Location is excellent, very peaceful place and about a 4 min walk to the main road. Highly recommend!
There is sometimes a rooster that crows in the early morning, though with the fan on covering the noise I wasn’t disturbed.

Great stay in Ninh Binh! The hotel was clean, safe and conveniently located near the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The pool was a lifesaver in the heat and the rooms were spacious.
Beds weren’t the softest but they were still comfortable

The room was comfortable, the property is a good location close to loads of restaurants & the rice fields. We rented bikes for the day & breakfast each morning was nice
The pool was nice, however would be nice to have a sun lounger
