About this apartment rental
Wake up every morning and have coffee from your front patio, just a few feet away from the Sarasota Bay. Play a round of pickleball and then walk a very short distance (This beautiful open-concept, updated condo has a fully updated kitchen with wine bar, beverage fridge, and tons of counter-space for fun and entertaining.
This ground floor unit has two bedrooms (1 king, one queen with adjustable motor to raise or lower the head of the bed), two full bathrooms, plus an office/den space that has a pullout full size sleeper couch. and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living rooom. Tons of closet space and a nice sized laundry room.
The office has a desk with a window facing the bay, so if you work from home, bring your computer and enjoy the views, peace, and quiet.
There is one parking space assigned to the unit and extra parking spaces for visiting guests.
Comes with everything you need - dishes, pots, pans, silverware, wi-fi, laundry room, 3 flat screen TVs, linens and towels (bath and beach), amazing bay views, and the beach just across the street.
In general, minimum lease is one month, starting on the first day of the month, and ending on the last day of the month. Willing to do a shorter term on a limited basis - please inquire.
The bay is just outside the condo. We see manatees and dolphins,sting rays lots of birds (herons, pelicans cranes, etc.), and beautiful views. For kayakers, Sarasota Bay is a terrific place to paddle, pedal, and fish. There is a kayak rental place just down the bay on the bayside, in easy walking distance.
Boat slip available upon request, depending on availability (reservation fee required).
Please note that we have recurring renters for the months January through March and we give them first priority to rent each year. We will know around the end of Jan 2026 or beginning of Feb 2026 if there will be any availability for Jan - Mar 2027. If you have any questions regarding late 2026 or 2027 bookings, please send an Inquiry.

My family just left after a month stay in this great condo. The location is perfect, the amenites were great. The place was spotless and well appointed with furnishings and kitchen supplies etc. My brothers enjoyed fishing all day and every day. Mark our host was available when needed and made sure checkin and out as well as the rules were well defined to make it effortless. Thank you and we hope to return again!

My husband and I stayed almost a month. The condo is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The view of the bay is gorgeous! Saw manatees and dolphins. Wonderful to relax with a good book & watch the view. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Visited our favorite places on LBK and in Sarasota. Hope to return again!

We have had many monthly rentals on Longboat Key. This was the best one ever. Full bay views from floor to ceiling windows or from outdoor patio were beautiful. The condo had a large, well furnished living room, a modern kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, & two nice bathrooms. The private beach & pool were across the street, just a few steps away. The owners were a pleasure to work with. We will come back as soon as we can.

The location on the bay with access to the ocean was amazing. The unit is a few yards from the bay so the view from inside and outside is beautiful. The property was okay as far as aesthetics go. The kitchen and living room area was comfortable. The bedrooms were less comfortable. Lots of personal items leaving little room for our belongings. It could benefit from updates.
