Welcome to the "Tree House!" This recently renovated, and freshly furnished property is located in the beautiful community of Cedars East Tennis Resort. The Tree House is nestled between protected mangroves and the Sarasota Bay. It is located on the North end of Longboat Key and offers the perfect location for your vacation getaway, being close to restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach! Situated on a private cul-de-sac with views of the Sarasota Bay, this unit is just steps away from a kayak/stand-up paddleboard launch, which is also an amazing spot for shelling during low tide. A private fishing doc is located in the cul-de-sac as well, complete with picnic table and umbrella.
The Tree House is located in the secluded back section of the community. Upon entering, you instantly notice the high-end finishes, thoughtful details, and quality furnishings, making this property truly a home away from home! The living room features a large flat screen, smart tv and a high-quality sound system. High-speed internet is available throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything a chef requires and even offers a few added bonuses we are sure you will enjoy! For all you grill lovers, there is a propane grill for cooking up your catch of the day! The centerpiece of the home is the walnut "river" dining table, specifically designed for the space and made by the owner.
Both bedrooms are located on the top level. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen tv, reading chair, and desk-making it the perfect work-from-home space. The master bathroom, separated by barn doors, offers double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen tv, and a hall bathroom. Additional sleeping options are located downstairs with both living room furniture pieces converting to sleeper sofas (queen and single). The unit offers beach essentials such as 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, as well as 4 bikes for exploring the island! When relaxing on the lanai or working at the desk in the master bedroom, you feel as if you are in a tropical treehouse. You can even watch the ospreys soar by at eye level as they head to the bay for their next meal.

Very clean. nice furniture. They had bicycles, kayaks, towels, pool toys, etc. The only thing I would suggest is a stool or small bench in the master bathroom to sit on. Didn't like the straw rug in the living room as it is scratchy to walk on. Great view of the bay out of second floor windows. Back porch has a view of mangroves. Easy walk or bike ride to the pool, fishing pier and bay. Wish we knew how to put the assist on the kayak to bring it to the bay since they are pretty heavy. Couldn't figure that out. Kitchen is very nice. Lots of great cooking utensils and nice bowls, plates, cups, etc. Wish there was a cabinet that was empty for us to put our groceries in. Nice fridge with ice maker on front. Love that! Appreciate the beach towels available. Enjoyed numerous restaurants nearby. Chart House was our favorite. Thanks!!

Amazing loved everything this house had to offer! Great Location inner coastal way where we would swim our dog Charlie.
Great wash area to wash him outside the townhouse. Very clean and comfortable! Only thing missing was soft king pillows!
Will be back loved it there!

This property is nicely updated and very comfortable for two couples. It was nice to have washer and dryer to clean towels for the beach. Beach access was challenging on weekends but during week plenty of parking.
This unit had many amenities you want for a beach holiday. There were bikes, beach chairs and umbrella. It was great not to have to worry about those items.
