First of all -RVA were excellent in communication and speed of response-top marksWe have stayed at Cedar East a number of times in various properties -all with same generous layout . 822 is a rental -you can tell that by general condition, it’s a little tired . That said everything worked as it should and the view to the bay is fantastic .

The location, view, property amenities were great- BUT, the property is very run down, appliances are old and rusty, furniture and mostly the beds are very old and uncomfortable! The tv volume randomly goes mute, the garage opens do not work - both remotes and internal controls, front door latch is broken, no vacuum cleaner and ancient broom. For an upscale price it was very disappointing. Host, pool, gym, view outstanding, the rest unacceptable!
