A short two block walk to the best beach in Sarasota and walk to the best restaurants (The shore, Mar Vista, Whitney’s, to name a few) Enjoy fishing, walking the moonlight alleyways and delight in daily visits/feeding our Pet Peacocks right from your yard. A truly delightful a memorable experience! Private neighborhood boat ramp if needed. You will be completely surrounded by water in tropical beach paradise known for the best sunsets anywhere! This is a new listing so no reviews yet but I promise you will be very pleased :)
