We used the condo as overflow bedrooms for a stay at a beach house. The pool was enjoyable and next year we will use the pickleball courts.

We are a couple older than 84 years. The townhouse had 3 steep stairs which was cumcersome to climb. unfortunately the toiletts were located in zhe third floor, and one had to climb from the living room to the bedrooms upstairs. Not good for older people.
