Mike and I always love staying at 832 Evergreen way.Cheryl Hinder is a wonderful agent and the Carrs, the owners, are also wonderful.The apartments at Cedars are spacious, well-laid out and have a powder room and 2 bathrooms.Lots to do, great restaurants, warm weather -- these all help make LBK Paradise.

We have stayed in this unit for years. Very comfortable. Managers Cheryl and Frances provided excellent friendly service- and Eduardo helped us with turning on the TV! Friendly neighbors, beautiful pool and gym, so lovely to travel up and down Gulf of Mexico Blvd. Beaches gorgeous !Some housekeeping requests: Tile floors need a good scrubbing; sheets on master bed need to be replaced with deep pocket sheets (very comfortable thick mattress but the sheets won’t stay on.)We are looking forward to returning in 2022! thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cedars East is a nice resort. We enjoyed the pool and the pickle ball courts. The resort is well maintained and neighbors were very friendly. Unit 832 is located on the bay and has beautiful views. Unfortunately, this unit needs to be cleaned and updated. The couches were filthy with dark black stains on the arm rests. Floors were very dirty and turned my white socks black. There was dust and dirt on the baseboards. Black fingerprints on the doors and cabinets. The towels in the bathroom still had new 7.99 tags hanging from them. They had not even been washed! There was just a few extra blankets and sheets all extremely old and stained. The beach gear and roll away beds were in the garage covered with a tarp and unusable. The chairs were too heavy and appeared to be VERY old. The roll away beds were covered in dust and dirt and unusable also. The vacuum needs to be replaced. I didnt contact management because I didnt want the hassle of changing rooms. Luckily I had brought some cleaning supplies but I wasnt happy about having to wash and clean . So overall, I wouldnt recommend this unit. I would suggest that management does a thorough cleaning, replace furniture and provide proper clean linens. Also, the rail at the top of the stairs is cracked and barely hanging on.Please know that we have rented from RVA at different resorts and have never had this issue.This was a surprising dissapointment.
