The home has an outdoor, screened lanai for dining a la fresca. On chilly nights, you will love soaking in the hot tub. The HUGE pool is a favorite hangout for kids! This home has 1 master bedroom with a king bed that has an attached full bathroom with walk in shower and then 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house that share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The bedroom with the queen bed and bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds are the rooms that share the other bathroom with the shower/tub combo. The home has indoor dining for 8 in the back sun room as well outdoor dining for 8 inside a covered lanai area that is also screened in, which is perfect for evening dining. The back sun room also has a air hockey/ping pong combo table.

We truly enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was much smaller than I had anticipated. This year, it was my turn to stay in the guest bedroom. The bed was quite firm, so I had to go out and purchase a memory foam topper to make it more comfortable for sleeping. I was a bit disappointed that the boat lift was broken, but there wasn't much variation in the tide in the canal, only about a foot to two feet at most.There’s two passes to get out to the ocean one was about 8 miles from the property and the other one is about 12 miles on a boat ride from the property. The neighbor was nice enough to let us launch the boat in the private marina and when we left, we loaded the boat up at the public boat ramp, which is closer to Sarasota about 8 miles away.

House was clean and modern. The kids loved the pool and hot tub while my favorite spot was sitting on the canal having coffee every morning! It’s peaceful minus the airplanes coming in overhead but that’s similar to home for us and only every once in awhile. Beach supplies were super helpful and it’s nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the island to relax like a local. I’d suggest packing a blow dryer for ladies with thicker hair, the one at the house does not pack much power. We enjoyed Anna Maria Oyster Bar just a mile or so away. Fun and family friendly! Also grabbed Ricos pizza on 26th which was delicious. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend and visit again!

We rented this house specific house because we needed a house in from of the canal for our boat. The house is in great condition and very clean. We enjoy the backyard so much! Pool is big and the hot tub was a nice plus after a long day at the beach. We would stay here again.
