My stay was so wonderful! The condo was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Everything I needed was there. I had a few requests and RVA management was quick to answer and help me out with whatever I needed. I would definitely rent again!

We've stayed at over a dozen BnB's and condos on LBK and this was one of the largest, cleanest, and overall easiest to get in and out of. It's not on the beach but we didn't mind at all. The pool, pickleball courts and restaurant more than made up for that. We'd come back to the same place and recommend it to friends in a heartbeat.

The vacation rental was clean.

This was a nice newly renovated rental on the bay side but it was not fully ready for occupants. The first night we arrived we'd traveled all day and wanted to bake a quick meal in the oven. The oven was locked and nothing could unlock it. A repair person showed up two days after arrival. A roach was found in the dishwasher. The staff person told us she knew the issue with the oven and was going to inform us but failed to do it. The roach situation she explained just happens because there are palmetto roaches in FL. No apologies, no offer of anything for our inconvenience. There were no blow dryers and an ironing board without an iron. We had to wait a day for these items. The staff person told us we could come to the tennis facility and blow dry our hair there!! The water in one shower was cold and the other shower was scalding hot. The beach gear was two cheap chairs, one you couldn't close without wrestling it closed and a tiny umbrella. This property should have had a better detailed run through by management company before renting. It's a good location on LBK and the tennis facility and pro were amazing, good on site restaurant. Not sure this would be our future rental choice though. Staff could have been more attentive and made this work.
