Great apartment located right next to a walking path down to Lake Titisee. Perfect spot for a break! Also a two minute drive to the fabulous Badeparadies, which is great for kids and adults. Highly recommended.

Das eine offene Schlafzimmer zum Gang hin sollte abgegrenzt werden können. In einem Zimmer oben fehlt ein Kleiderschrank. Sonnenschirm für Balkon Terasse wäre vorteilhaft.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und vor allem auch recht groß. Wir haben die Wohnung mit 4 Personen sehr gut nutzen können. Der Titisee war fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Nette woning met een kleine keuken. beneden een kleine slaapkamer met pal onder het plafon een extra slaapplaats. Boven een mooie slaapkamer die NIET verduisterd kan worden en 2 eenpersoonsbedden op de overloop. Overige zaken zijn goed geregeld. uitzicht uit het huis is bos met een beek en dat is ook start van wandelingen.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage. Die Wohnung ist hell mit einem sehr guten und modernen Zuschnitt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Andreas und seinem Mitarbeiter war perfekt. Die Hochschwarzwald Card mit den vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten ist eine tolle Sache.

Wir, Familie mit vier Personen, waren Ende Juli in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr hell und offen über zwei Stockwerke gehalten. Sie befindet sich in den oberen Etagen eines Mehrparteienhaus, welches aber trotzdem sehr ruhig ist. Genau wie die Umgebung. Man kann zwar die Bahn und die Bundesstraße bei offenem Fenster wahrnehmen, stören tut es aber keineswegs. Fenster zu = absolute Stille. Wohnung ist ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einziges Manko ist die Koch/Küchenecke. Die passt nicht zu der sonst sehr großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen. Gerade wenn man auch noch die Hochschwarzwaldcard mit einrechnet, ist die Wohnung den Preis definitiv wert.

Tolle Location, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Sehr geräumig (bis auf die Küche), netter Balkon mit Blick direkt in den Wald. Wir (Familie) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Von der Anreise bis zur Abreise hat alles perfekt geklappt. Obwohl der Check-in erst um 15.00 Uhr ist, konnten wir die Hochschwarzwald-Cards schon um 11.00 Uhr in der Wohnung abholen. Gegen 13.30 Uhr war dann schon die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir waren von der Wohnung und dem Vermieter begeistert !!!👍�
