We stayed in a two bedroom apartment called “Amsel” for two nights. I was a bit concerned after reading all reviews, but it was all fine after all. It’s not big, but it is cosy. The second room is small but ok if you are traveling as a family with two kids for example. We were one couple and 2yrs old child + one single person with 6 months old baby who used this small room. Sitting room is spacious enough. It was reasonably clean. Some cobwebs and dust here and there but we didn’t come for a house inspection, we came for a couple of days away and for us it was sufficient, the beds were comfy, no complaints. Overall, it was comfortable enough, great value for money, great location for walks around the lake, restaurants nearby (although we always drove there), very close to the Badeparadies Schwarzwald… Grocery shopping a bit further (7 -10 mins drive) so it’s good to bring some necessary items with you. We would return.

It really needs some signage: “black forest apartments titisee”! If you follow google maps, you know you arrived at the right place because of the number on the main house, but you don’t see right away where the apartments are, so you actually don’t know you are at the right place. We didn’t receive PIN for the key box or any other instructions via email, so once we figured we must be at the right place, we ended up bothering an elderly couple living in the house above if we are at the right place and how do we get in our apartment. They were trying to help us but we ended up contacting Stuub, the company managing these apartments. It wasn’t pleasant with two small children in the cars.

Der Zugang zum Privatstrand am See. Der ruhige Sitzplatz.

Schlecht angeschrieben, man findet es nicht auf erste. Ruft man an wird man in ein anderes in der Stadt geschickt. Nächster Anruf wird man wieder zurück geschickt. Und leider ging es 3 weiteren Personen gleich. Es ist irreführend, Haus der Sonne und dann Vogelnamen, Spatzennest. Wc- Bürste bitte ein andere Lösung. Man bringt die Bürste nicht raus ohne es unten mit den Finger festzuhalten. Nicht wirklich hygienisch.

Viele netten Leute rund ums Haus haben viele Mängel vergessen lassen.

Blick auf den Titisee und vor allem der Privatstrand. Da die öffentlichen Plätze, Geschäfte und Lokale am Wochenende und an Feiertagen sehr voll bis überlaufen sind, War am Privatstrand ruhiges Entspannen direkt am Wasser möglich. Außerdem hatten wir während des Aufenthaltes sehr liebe Nachbarn, mit denen wir gerne noch zusammensaßen.

Gemütlich abends noch zusammensitzen war im Apartment nicht möglich. Die beiden vorhandenen Stühle waren dazu zu unbequem. Im ganzen machte das "Spatzennest" seinem Namen alle Ehre. Schmal, eng, wenig Platz. Gut, dass wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten und nicht sehr viel Zeit im Inneren verbringen mussten. WLAN hat über die ganze Woche gerade einmal fünf Minuten funktioniert. Einen Besen zum Durchfegen mussten wir extra anfordern, der kam dann allerdings prompt und kostenlos.

Fijne vakantie gehad aan het Titimeer met mooie natuur en een gezellig Freiburg.

Mooi appartement (Schwalbenest) met uitzicht op het meer.

We hebben vooraf geen naam doorgekregen welk appartement van ons zou zijn. Dit gaf veel verwarring waar we moesten zijn. Ook geen mail van Stuub met de gratis reis QR codes. Verder is er GEEN ENKELE WIFI beschikbaar in het appartement. Ook de tv doet het niet. Neem dus extra boeken en puzzels mee om je te vermaken. Verder is in het dorp alles na 20.00 uur gesloten - ook de restaurants. Je moet echt vroeg zijn om nog ergens aan te kunnen schuiven. Na 18.30 kan je vaak niets meer bestellen. De omgeving is prachtig voor een mooie wandeling of een fietsrit om het meer. We zijn met de trein naar Freiburg gegaan (€ 6,60 per rit). Supermarkt is alleen in Neustadt te vinden. Bij Titisee heb je enkel een bakker en soort slagerij. We zijn hier 6 nachten gebleven - ook door het wisselvallige weer was dit eigenlijk te lang.

Niet prettig, we zijn na 2 nachten vertrokken.

Bed was goed

De foto’s op booking kwamen niet overeen met het appartement. De badkamer en toilet waren oud, foto stond niet op booking. Bank was niet prettig. Er lag een gebruikt schuursponsje om af te wassen, plinten waren eraf. Gratis wifi? We kregen geen contact met router om ons aan te melden…geen wifi dus Alles is zo ingericht dat het “compleet” is en er snel geld kan worden verdiend. Geen mail ontvangen met de code van het sleutelkastje. Ze belde zelfs nog dat we niet hadden betaald terwijl we wel mail hebben ontvangen dat onze kaart is belast. Na de boeking een bericht ontvangen van Stuub (regelt alles voor verhuurder) slechte mail, leek wel spam.

Bett war bequem.

Sehr Dreckig - überall Staub, fleckiger Boden,klebriges Geschirr, klebrige Lichtschalter etc. Kein Besen nur Handfeger in der Wohnung , kein Ofen oder Mikrowelle, schimmelige Fensterrahmen Lage anders als bei Booking.com suggeriert nicht direkt am See sondern mit stark befahrener Straße dazwischen. Kein Sofa, tv in der Küche - nicht im Schlafzimmer - unbequeme Küchenstühle. Keine Garderobe oder Ähnliches am Eingang . Für den Preis einfach viel zu wenig…

Im Regelfall bewerten wir nicht - aber es war wirklich ganz toll und sehr unkompliziert, unglaublich freundlich. Zugang zum Strand sehr unkompliziert - einmal über die Straße. Toller Ausblick vom Zimmer auf den See.
