A very nice apartment in a good location. It allowed us to explore this lovely region.
The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for our group - family with 2 adult children. The location was lovely. Quiet but an easy walk to both the station and the heart of Titsee and the lake. The balcony was a lovely place to eat and sit in the warm weather. Ramona was a good, helpful host. She responded promptly to queries. The provision of the Konus and Hoch Schwarzwald cards was a real bonus, providing free regional transport and free or subsidised access to many attractions/activities.
The kitchen was quite poorly equipped for accommodation for up to 5 people. Many basic items not provided and insufficient number of some pieces. However, Ramona responded very quickly when we requested certain items. In addition, the washing machine was shared and coin-operated (this was not specified in the description on Booking.com). We were not expecting to pay to use the washing machine, given the cost of the holiday. It was also a hassle to have to constantly collect 50 cent coins to use the machine.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Titisee Neustadt. Die Unterkunft lag in einer Sackgasse, sodass es sehr ruhig war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Küche hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaub gebraucht hat. (genügend Gläser, Teller, Töpfe... etc. ) Handtücher, Bettbezug und Fön waren vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gasgeberin lief einwandfrei.
Es war etwas dunkel in der Wohnung. Ein paar mehr Lampen wären gut gewesen. Die Lüftung im Bad war etwas laut, vorallem in der Nacht. Schade war, dass wir unseren Fahrradanhänger niergens abstellen konnten, da wir im ersten Stock waren. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz war etwas eng, sodass leider kein Platz mehr war.

Perfekte Lage, freundliche Gastgeber, jedoch mit einigen Problemen im Appartement.
- Perfekte Lage , in der Nähe zum Bahnhof / Badeparadies und Titisee. - Tiefgaragenplatz fürs Auto inbegriffen. - Ruhig, bei einem Wald und Sackgasse gelegen - Ruhig im Haus , Balkon und viel Platz - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin
- Waren Anfang Mai da, leider waren die Temperaturen in der Nacht noch kalt und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. ( Die Wohnung war halt dann sehr kalt den ganzen Tag über ) - Leichter Schimmelbefall im Badezimmer - Fernbedienung vom Fernseher defekt - Einiges war nicht richtig gesäubert, Flecken etc. - Dies war das Erste mal, dass wir unsere Betten selber abziehen mussten bei Abreise. ( dies sollte meiner Meinung nach im Preis enthalten sein )

Pas de chance avec le temps mais séjour en famille très agréable
La bonne surprise a été de découvrir le parking souterrain. Une place par appartement dans un parking à l'allemande, c'est à dire pas étriqué du tout comme à la française. La deuxième bonne surprise a été de recevoir à l'arrivée un pass illimité pour tous les trains passant à Titisee et il y en a beaucoup. Le calme de la résidence. La disponibilité et la gentillesse de Ramona.
L'absence de lave vaisselle.
