Communication with the host was very good. The apartment was easy to find, with its name clearly visible from the street, and there was plenty of parking available. The room was very clean and had almost everything you’d need. Overall, a great base for exploring the Black Forest region.

The building feels like a large house converted into studio and one bedroom apartments, so the rooms are close together and sound insulation is poor. You can hear a lot of what’s going on in neighbouring rooms, which affects privacy. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. As we were only staying two nights during a week long road trip, we had to buy some in town just to use a couple of times. The small fridge in the room was quite noisy, so we had to unplug it at night and plug it back in each morning, which was a bit of a nuisance.

It was so clean and bright and had everything we needed. We loved it. It would be great for families as it had a huge garden with a goal net for playing football. We walked to the lake in the morning and it was very beautiful.

We had a very friendly welcome from the family who own the accommodation. The room was large enough, clean and comfortable. Right across the road from Badeparadis. The breakfast delivered to the room was fine. This is more a guest room than an apartment - there is a fridge, but no cooking or washing up facilities.
