Location, very spacious apartment, beautiful design, clean, great view to the forest, sleeping places were nicely prepared for kids. Nespresso coffee machine:)
Very squeaky bed and clogged sink.

Clean, safe, great location, beautiful views, supportive staff, English language support.
There was a problem with key access, but 24/7 support was quick to respond and we gained entry. Maybe fix this so other travelers aren’t stuck outdoors too.

Accomodation was new and clean.
We had the room in the roof and spent the whole time bent over or stooping or banging your head!! Didn't like the complexity of "checking in" using a tablet and having to code our own keys!!
