Great value and location, has everything you need.

The property had everything we needed. It was great to have a parking spot, a small but well equipped kitchen, and a bit of space for two people. In general, very happy with the stay.

A few minor problems when using the shower, the water leaks to the floor which can be a minor inconvenience, and the beds were not the most comfortable. That being said, for the price we paid and the location, this is definitely a great option for a couple who wants a bit more space than a standard hotel room in Titisee and these were minor issues.

A wonderful week in lovely Titisee and surroundings with lots of experiences.

Fully equipped apartment, easy check-in and access. Free parking just outside. Very central location in lovely Titisee. Close to railway station. A lot of possibilities for walking and hiking. Badeparadies is just perfect.

Good value and great location

Good location with free parking onsite although it was full when we wanted to park at one point. Nice shower room.

The bed was not as shown on the booking.com photos. It was a futon type bed very low to the ground and did not suit us at all. The room also had sloping roof near the bed and my husband hit his head several times. Also we had stairs to climb with luggage as on top floor. Description was misleading as we thought we had a ground floor room with garden and patio. What the description didn't say is that it is a communal garden for the whole guesthouse. Laura was very helpful despite our issues with the accommodation not being as described which we are taking up with booking.com. She admitted the photo of the room showing a proper bed was old.

Pleasant and just a few steps from the Titisee.

Location is excellent, clean and well furnished. A pleasant seating area in the garden. The receptionist was very pleasant, but there are no resident staff there. An excellent shower room.

A tiny apartment in the roof space, so sloping ceiling. Only suitable for a few days. The description needs to be corrected. There is no kitchen, just a small space with all the cooking utensils necessary, but no space to use them A single hot plate, a microwave oven but no convection oven. Bedding and towels were provided but not dressing gowns.

Wonderful

Enjoy great afternoon tea, host prepared delicate tea setting in kitchen, when you pack some cake from Vollmet, it is a perfect Kaffee Kuchen afternoon in Black Forest. Also 2 minutes walk to Kurhaus restaurant, which with Vollmet the best location triangle I can enjoy supper dinner and afternoon tea. Beds are comfortable. Host had a pre-planned communication which enabled us to have Hoceschwarzwald digital card before check-in, brought us free ride on Titisee. Playground is nearby without drive ways in between.

No breakfast but the host recommended Fisher backery, who had nice breakfast. No supermarket in Titisee, but when bus 7300 in running it’s not far to Feldberg and shopping. The stop is just in front of the Kurhaus. As an Return from tourist tax traffic are all free

Proximity to town, restaurants, transportation, yet quiet at night. The local discount card that comes with the room saved our group collectively over 200 Euros in two days

Great for exploring the Black Forest

It was a perfect accommodation for a long Easter weekend. We loved the area, the house, the way the kitchen was equipped, grilling options. We haven't personally men the host but communication through the messenger was quick, effective and pleasant.

Well-equipped and lovely decorated apartment

We stayed for 3 nights in the 2bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped which made it convenient to make meals. The beds were very comfy although the winter duvets were too warm in April. However the temperature still fluctuates a lot so that’s kind of hard to judge which duvet to be made available for guests. I wish there were proper curtains in the toilet instead of lace curtains that didn’t provide much privacy.

Perfect for a short stay

Location is close to both the lake as well as the city centre. Train station is 10 mins by walk. Really close to the shuttle bus for Christmas Market. Kitchen was well equipped.

Exceptional

The host was very attentive and friendly. We got good recommendations for activities in the area, also lent us a picnic blanket! We were visiting for a wedding, and the host was kind enough to help us with directions. There were plum trees on the property and we picked a few fresh ones! Kitchen was well stocked and equipped. Bathroom was clean and had all amenities.

The only con is that the pillows were uncomfortable and flaccid.

This house is in a fantastic location, just minutes from the lake and main pedestrian road, as well as bakeries and a playground. The room had everything I could have needed.

Old stylish house, rennovated rooms

The property is a very old house with such a vibe. the room had been completely rennovated and comfortable. the owner is available a few hours every day and will provide extra emneties if needed. free parking on site. parking is very difficult in titisee... the house is located 3 min walk from the walking street and 10 min to the lake. train station is 10 min walk away

the kitchen is FULLY equipped though very small. if you plan to prepare snaks you will be fine. we wanted to cook our meals and found it very tight.

Highly recommended.

We liked the location, close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The train station is only 500 meters away. The room was very clean and cozy. The host Bruni although spoke little English was very accommodating and trying hard to understand us and express herself until she’s satisfied that she understood us.

Our room was on the third floor although we minded that only the first time that we had to carry our stuff in the apartment.

Sandvoss Guest House

Lovely traditional atmosphere, the rooms were very comfortable and so were the beds. Our host made us feel very welcome and provided lots of knowledge on the local area. We really enjoyed our stay.

We loved everything about the accomodation but if I had to say something, then having a bathroom across the hall instead of in the room would be a very small dislike but was not a problem.

Overall a nice place to spend the nights when you travel and explorearound Titsee

Guesthouse with different size apartments in excellent location close to the lake and to the center. We took a small one for 2 adults and 1 child The apartment is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen includes all you need for a nice breakfast and dinner. Most important smart TV with Netflix inside. The red card of the Black Forest is very nice bonus

Our apartment felt very small and a bit claustrophobic. Our bathroom was separated from our living room. TV is installed in the kitchen could not watch it in the bed room.
