All good

Great stay in Rome. Very nice appartment. Very modern and clean rooms. Very spacious. Good location. Close to many attractions. Helpful staff. Enjoyed my stay. Also netflix in rooms. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect

The room was quiet during night. The size and style of the room was good. The hotel is well connected with main public transportation: metro and bus stations.

The bathroom was so so small. There was some noise in the morning because of construction in progress. The wardrobe was shallow.

The room was neat and compact, wardrobe was spacious with sufficient hangers, the towels were clean and absorbent, toiletries were provided.

The checkin was a little confusing because when I arrived and was about to message the host (as instructed), a woman called out to me in Italian from a balcony in the same building and wanted to know if I was Elsa something, and when I said no, she continued to speak in Italian - my Italian is very basic and I didn’t understand what she was saying. Anyway, long story short, a passer-by helped me gain entry into the building. As for the room, a bottle of water in the fridge would have been much appreciated after the walk from the metro station in the heat but there was nothing in the fridge. The electric kettle had calcifications inside which gave off black spots when I rinsed the kettle, so I wasn’t keen to use it, and there was no power point near the bedside table for phone charging. There were metal security shutters on the windows and back door, with no instructions on whether (and if so, how) they could be opened to access the open terrace-like corridor at the back of the room, but at the same time the shutters had gaps in them which could have allowed anyone standing outside to see inside clearly when the lights were on. The walk to the apartment from the metro station takes one through a rough-looking area, which at night did cause me some trepidation. Also there was a man who came into the apartment quite late that night and made a lot of noise - he knocked on one of the room doors and because the walls were so thin, the knock sounded very loud and sounded like a knock on my door, which startled me.
