The option to drop our bags early and leave them after check out was really great. The owner met us earlier to facilitate that. The location was a 10 minute walk to the colosseum. The breakfast was available in the room as well as other options in the communal area. This was replenished every day. Crisp bread, cake, yoghurt, cereal and juice. Plenty to choose from. All facilities you need are available in the room. Great communication when asked a question. The bed was comfortable and the air con a life saver. The area was nice enough. Nice restaurant next door that we ate at.

The room I had was not any of the rooms I had seen pictures of. The room was within an apartment building (2nd floor) converted to separate rooms with a communal area. My room had bifolding doors that were immediately in front of the main door. Felt a bit exposed to other people in other rooms and had someone trying my door at 2am which made me feel a little uneasy. I assume they were for one of the other rooms. The bathroom needs some attention as the rainfall shower was partially blocked and rusty and the cubicle and surround had some mould. The bathroom was quite compact with a washing machine under the sink which had the door missing to hide it and the light had half the shade missing in one side. Just these few little things impacted on the experience overall.

The room is small also the bathroom, the shower had mold.

We felt right at home, and the host was so incredible helpful and kind. Room was clean and quiet, and in a great location.
