I had a great stay at this hotel. It was only a 2-3 minute walk from the train station, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum. Public transportation was also very convenient.

Price wise it was a good quality/price ratio. The rooms are a bit small for a one week stay but you also spend most of your time in Rome so it is OK. We didn't order the breakfast.
The mix of airbnb/hôtel like stay is a bit confusing at the beginning.

Det var nært Colosseum bare en kort gå tur. Verten å de ansatte var veldig hyggelige. Det var i ett stille og rolig strøk som gjorde at vi følte oss trygge.

the terrace outside was great and the bed was comfortable. the hotel has a private car to take you to the airport. 55€ cash only.
the room was like it needed a renovation, no door in the shower, mold spots on the shower walls and the slide bar bracked broken. the bidet faucet was not clean. dirty spoon in the fridge. the city tax only to be paid in cash only. would have been convenient to know it from start.
