Todo funcionaba perfecto y estaba en buenas condiciones. Buena ubicación con conexión a metro. Las comodidades como pava, heladera y cafetera super prácticos para estadías de varios días

Fantastic location - 4 minute walk from the San Giovanni metro station and outside the property are tram and bus stops to all the major attractions. Super comfortable bed, great that they had multiple spare pillows. Outside in the hallway were lots of spare towels and shower products which you can help yourself to. We had the room with one window which faces into a small courtyard. Assume the access for residents not for guests, the soundproof shutters were great. Outside the property are plenty of free access water fountains. Recommend the Osteria feelsgood restaurant about 5 minutes away!

Shower was a bit small but that’s not on the property owners just a preference. Shower pressure could have been slightly better but that’s only a minor thing. Our European adapters didn’t work in this property, only worked in the outlet for the fridge so be aware you may need to bring multiple sized Italian adapters.

O atendimento e a comunicação com os funcionários é péssima! Fiquei trancado pra fora um dia porque mudaram a senha e demoraram pra enviar a senha atualizada (um dos funcionários não falava inglês, o que dificultou mais ainda). O suporte de toalhas é enferrujado e sujo, deixando as toalhas sujas consequentemente!
