Location is good. Bed was comfortable. Reasonably quiet.
Room was tired. Shower was small with strange controller and needs an upgrade.

The guest house was perfect for my needs. I had an ensuite bathroom this time.
I thought being there in the middle of the week, the after hours noise would decrease. It didn't. Location is great, but the bar creates noise until after 2 AM.
