Right next to the Metro, and in a great neighborhood with plenty of essentials like grocery stores and a laundromat and cafes. Very nice for a trip to Rome.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, it had a homely feel. The bathrooms looked renovated and functioning well, including the shower. Two types of toilets. Extensive balcony - though accessible from the other rooms. There is a communal living room - that i did not use, but it felt pretty comfortable and equipped with a dining table, chairs, sofa, TV. Collecting the key, finding the apartment, finding my room worked well. Wi-fi worked without issues. The apartment sits high above a big street, that was not immensely busy over the weekend, the neighborhood felt safe. Very close to the metro with direct access to Roma Termini. Elevator, even if narrow.

I have sent my ID via WA a few days ahead, but received no instructions. I had to ask for them well after the indicated check-in time. Paying the city tax (via special portal) was requested too late, so I could not do it in advance, over the train wifi. The payment over the mobile data did not work for me. We found alternative solution via Paypal. Either please ask for it a few days ahead, or if not, allow the guests to pay it from the apartment over the wifi, (or cash). Do not condition the access information by paying the city tax first. The offer on booking.com advertised "apartment", but this is actually a room in the apartment with 3 rooms (6+ people) - and one toilet/shower, one kitchen, one living room - all in common. The advertisement title could be written less ambiguous. Particularly getting to the one toilet/shower was not always easy, insufficient capacity. I was unlucky to have extremely asocial noisy people in the neighboring room, partying in the evening, throwing objects, playing music in the early morning, repeatedly trying to enter my room, I had no sleep the first night. I contacted the property and they tried to do some communication, the next night was better. Instructions regarding the "silent hours" and respect for the people sharing the accommodation would be really highly welcome. Toilet was not flushing upon arrival - not sure if this was caused by the other guests. I had to flush with buckets - that were nowhere to be found. The kitchen cutlery was a bit sparse, definitely not for the guests of 3 rooms. Though there is a stove, a fridge, a kettle.
