Camera ampia, ben illuminata e ariosa. Disponibile Prime Video. Cucina in comune attrezzata con l'indispensabile. Gestione check in e out in totale autonomia. Un supermercato tra appartamento e fermata metro.
Non è in centro a Roma, quindi bisogna mettere in conto un tempo di spostamento con Metromare, fermata a Vitinia abbastanza vicina a piedi. Posti auto sulla strada rari. La condivisione del bagno e della cucina richiede pazienza. Riscaldamento centralizzato non personalizzabile.
