Affordable and easy to reach Paris

The Hotel is not close to Paris downtown, it is obviously possible to check in Google Maps before hand. But the personal staff suggested us public transportation and a free car park next to metro, allowing us to reach Paris in a reasonable time. Hotel is affordable comparing to others in Paris and has a good infra. Highly recommend it. They also offer a good, affordable breakfest.

Not a very good one. Same experience with my family member in other room

Ok. Experience. Not the standard expected. Only thing good was the

1 out of 3 staff was not too bad1 was bad the other was very poor, not helpful at all. Having a communal toilet in 2023 is very bad Toilet no wash hand basin is really poor.

Lack of communication between you and the hotel, because your offer me breakfast include it for the 2 people in each room and they only gave us 1 per room. Also the breakfast was poor. I sent to you an email to add another person in a room where only was 1 person and the room was for 2, you amended that but they said to me that you are booking and they are the hotel and if the information haven't been passed to them was your problem, at the end the accept the person but wasn't right with you and them in your communication

Very friendly manager, hotel in a good location in a quiet area. The room was practical, but adequate. Breakfast sufficient. Safe parking directly in front of the hotel.

I will not come back

I like that you can access to the hotel with a passcode printed from a machine located in the front door. No people required.

The hotel is not clean, it was full of insects, including spiders and cockroaches which for me is unacceptable. The location is far away from any bus or train station.

Good value for money. Big parking free area. Everything is done automated 24h. No need to contact with the reception or the staff. Clean and modern inside. Clean shared bathroom - toilets.

No towels. Industrial area. No shops around.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, um am nächsten Tag einen Flug von Orly zu nehmen. Wie bereits beim letzten Mal ein sehr freundlicher Empfang selbst nach den normalen Öffnungszeiten. Unsere gehbehinderte Bekannte bekam sogar noch ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss . Vielen lieben Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

L’efficacité et la réactivité du personnel . État de propriété irréprochable. Petit déjeuner simple mais fonctionnel. Bonne literie. Merci pour l’accueil.

Les espaces franchement exigus avec des installations passées d’âge ( robinetterie de douche rustique et inconfortable. ) l’espace salle d’eau est à la limite dangereux. Bouger est périlleux. Traces de vétusté pour l’ensemble de l’espace ( manque des plinthes, mauvaise étanchéité de l’espace douche)

Les photos vues sur le site ne correspondaient à mes attentes

Les odeurs de cigarette dans une des chambres. La fraicheur dans une autre où nous n'avons pu su mettre le chauffage. Je n'avais pas compris que les douches et les sanitaires étaient à l'extérieur. Cependant ils étaient très propres.
