Good price-value

Good location, easy parking.

Double bed had separate mattresses that were slipping apart. Toilet was not clean on arrival but staff was helpful to fix.

In need of repair and cleaning

As you enter the carpet/ door mat at hôtel entrance is dirty. My room didn't look sparkling cleanliness either, carpet had not been property vaccumed. Large stain on the bottom of the mattress that show through mattress protection and bedding... l8ft need repair too... most of all A/c was not working properly and noisy. Moreover my room was not cleaned and bed not done or towels changed during my 2 nights stay...

It was very bad experience everything is dirty the floor the rooms the bedding the reception …. there is no phone inside the rooms …. The cleaning staff need to be trained, the breakfast area need to be clean but you have to eat with the mosquitoes,,,,

Room being so stuffy. YOUR ROOM CLEANER TOOK AWAY MY PERSONAL WHITE LARGE TOWEL, REPORTED; PROMISED TO RETURN IT BACK TO ME BUT DID NOT. THEY SHOULD PAY FOR MY TOWEL.

After an hour of our check-in, a woman opened our door without knocking for "control." When I told her not to do it again - do not open our room without our confirmation. She started arguing and behaving aggressively. After that, I didn't feel safe there. Do not recommend.

In fact my expectations was lower than I think…the location is very good and for bus coach,Train is very perfect…have already told most coup friends and group about the hotel…all the 4 reception very nice and kind
