Horrible experience

The wifi did not work, the heating in my room did not work and it was below 0 degrees Celsius, I couldn’t sleep all night. The reception room was locked and no one was there to help me. I think they should pay me the night fee back

This is not a 3 star hotel No one was at the lobby and was rude when we asked about the toilets all being out of order.

Last minute stay in Paris, hotel was the only one available. Wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The breakfast was okay. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location was very rundown and looked quite unsafe. Hotel appeared to be in need of renovation as the separate accommodation block decrepit and reminded me of a low security prison, especially with the heavy duty electric gate to access what can only be described as a compound.

Please dont be deceived by the pictures, this hotel looks more like a dormitory/ hostel and not a hotel. My 1st night at the hotel, there was ongoing gun shot and screaming for over an hour which was really frightening and no one at the reception could explain nor talked about it in the morning. The hotel has no fridge, load of mosquitoes, no air conditioning in the room.

The room, in general, is comfortable. The breakfast is good. It is very clean, and the staff is really friendly. They are also able to give me some support to open the room during the night because my card was not working.

The location is what is bad. Unfortunately is really hard to find a taxi or a uber to go to the hotel from Paris at night.

Super pour un weekend où vous cherchez une chambre pour dormir uniquement !

Parking à disposition. Pour un weekend ça fait l'affaire. Hotel rénové donc infrastructure propre. Chambre style motel donc vous êtes autonome dès votre check-in. Lidl, McDo, Boulangerie, etc à côté de l’hôtel. Centre commercial Créteil Soleil à même pas 10 min en voiture. Super localisation.

Ne change pas les draps durant le séjour, ni les essuies à moins de le demander à l'accueil. Le pommeau de douche pas terrible. On entend ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté. Le jour de mon départ j'avais bien vu que je devais quitter la chambre pour 11h. La femme de ménage a ouvert la porte une fois quand j'étais dans mon lit et une fois quand j'étais sous la douche, alors qu'il n'était pas encore 11h. Cela m'a particulièrement énervée et laissée sur une pointe négative.
