We liked everthing in the room even it was small. The staff was really nice. We got a chance to have a breakfast ( it requires extra fee but it is worthy). One of the staff ( he is a young man, we do not know his name) helped us to call the taxi to airport ( ORLY airport is close ) and offered a coffee.
everything was perfect

Described best; Like being on a North sea Ferry boat - Large room, very clean, completly functional - soap, towels, etc, staff very polite, and spoke good English,
Neighbour is not the best, BUT the car park is locked at night, and fences are high. modern day Paris , or London, or Amsterdam, all have similair issues. ..

The rooms are small but clean. The bathrooms are clean.
The fact that there is no elevator was difficult with luggages and children.

Location is not bad , right next door to a Lidl so you can walk and get your shopping that you need like food and drink .
The sink was outside the bathroom and in the corner of the bedroom .makes no sense to have sink that far from toilet and shower .

The facilities were not clean (we had bucks on the bed shields) and the location is really far off. Furthermore the staff couldn’t speak English what made communication hard.

reception and outside really dirty. The people who were working on the reception weren't nice and helpfull at all. I asked information about public transportation which didn't get it.

No fan or AC in room in this hot weather . On request even not provided. Bathroom exhaust not working and room was also not so clean, bathroom has foul smell. Felt it costly in comparison to facilities

The staff was amazing and friendly.
The bathroom/toilet was not pleasant to use. The whole room building would profit from an upgrade. It was clean but bit dated.

It was nice and most of the time quite. Rooms were clean and overall comfortable.
The staff were sometimes quite rude and like they didn’t really want to do their job. The bathroom in this hotel is quite weird and I wasn’t the biggest fan but it works so it was okay.

One morning we were too late for breakfast. The staff pulled everything together for us so this is a five star plus for their service!!!!
Ordered and paid for extra breakfast via Booking.
Not!
But showing the staff the confirmation was enough to give us breakfast for both of us for free.

Price was ok, If you want to visit Paris it’s better to search for an accommodation closer to the city.
for that price it was fine so if you want to make a budget trip you can book it

The staff were very nice. They ensured my basic requests were met. The rooms were clean and the shower water pressure was so good. There were no noticeable damages or anything in the room. I understand this is a budget hotel and therefore knew what to expect.
I was made to wait almost 30 mins at the reception when I arrived. I was so tired and wanted to sleep, so I had to actually go around the entire property searching for staff so that they could check me in.
My bed was not done up and I had to do it myself.
Also, not sure of his name but one of the staff members on the night before my check out was so rude - I went to take some coffee for my family and me from the 24/7 machine. As I had 3 coffees in my hand, I told the guy I will drop the coffee to the room for my family and then come back to the reception so I can settle any pending bills. The man looked up at my face, and told me the coffee was not free and I had to pay for it in such a rude manner even though I just told him I will come back to pay for the coffees. Staff training in customer hospitality is highly recommended for this place. I am an ex- hotelier myself and hence this suggestion comes from the heart as I do want this property to grow and be successful.
