Very disappointing

During my whole stay, no one single hotel staff showed up. I saw no one. The hotel just informed me by email in French in the morning of my check-in day about how to take the room key from a small safe inside a small box next to the gate and how to find my room in the property. It took me 15 minutes to complete these two steps because the instructions were not clear and there was no one to ask. I wanted to have breakfast but there were always no one at the reception and breakfast area and the door was always locked and the lights were always off. I had no access to their wi-fi at all during the stay because the password was only written on a small sign placed on a small front desk of a small lobby.

The absence of airco in the room. During hot summer periods it could be improved (or putting a fan).

Facilities looked nice, offered privacy and the room was cleaned daily. Staff was friendly and available.

Breakfast was 10 euros extra and only included bread and coffee. Wifi was not stable. Water in the shower went everywhere and was awkward to use with no curtain

A pleasant enough experience.

Friendly staff, decent bedroom with comfortable bed. The lady upgraded us to a larger bedroom as the hotel wasn’t very busy.

The shower was difficult to operate and the carpet in the bedroom was quite stained. There was no de caffeinated coffee for breakfast.

At my checkout day/morning there was no one at the reception, the reception area was closed and I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. I had to hand the key to the cleaning staff to leave the property.

We regularly use the Saint Alban when visiting family. We are always made very welcome and the room was warm and very comfortable. They also returned to the UK a cashmere scarf I left there which was very kind of them.

L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé et calme. Il est situé dans un beau bâtiment, qui possède un cachet historique.

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple. La salle de bain était minimaliste.

Emplacement parfait dans une petite rue très calme, propriétaires très agréables et prévenants. Petit déjeuner simple (croissants frais, pain, confiture, thé, café) mais très bon et à 10€, vraiment pas cher!

Les chambres auraient besoin d'être rénovées: moquette, rideaux (trop courts, la lumière passe), robinetterie (pas de mitigeur), draps (propres mais tachés), une ampoule morte dans l'escalier (1er étage) mais l'ensembles reste tout-à-fait correcte et ça ne doit surtout pas être un motif de rejet...

Parfait !

La propreté de l'établissement, la charmante décoration des partie communes, la gentillesse de tous les personnels sont à souligner ; j'ai été très aimablement accueillie par le gardien et ai apprécié le contact avec les propriétaires. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et à proximité du RER.

Il manque simplement une petite lampe de chevet près du lit.

Un séjour idéal dans un endroit charmant.

Le seul hôtel du quartier qui allie confort, propreté, gentillesse du personnel et authenticité : des chambres avec du joli mobilier ancien, un environnement calme et agréable. Une vue directe sur l’église et son beau christ et le son de la cloche et des oiseaux. Merci pour votre accueil à nos invités de notre mariage!
