The room stank of smoke and the sheets were not put for the bunk bed. No proper lighting in the room

I liked the bed as it was comfortable and the staff was helpful. However, the family room was exceptionally small and the toilet was in unacceptable condition. It was the worst experience ever in this hotel. The shower drainage was blocked so changed the room and then the toilet flush did not work in the second room. No tea/ coffee facility in the room and breakfast items were very limited than a continental breakfast.

My reservation could not be found or confirmed in the system, probably due to too many modifications. But the hotel manager was very kind and gave me a room while the staff fixes the issue. I had a nice rest. The place is okay if you simply need somewhere to stay. The shower was small and had not glass door or shower curtain so the bathroom would get very wet each time. The breakfast was simple but good. There was unfortunately a lot of flies. Aside from that its very far from the center of Paris. I would recommend an ibis closer to downtown. All in all I enjoyed my stay

This is the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at! The beds were tiny and not comfortable at all, the cushions might as well have not been there as they were so thin and the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all and had mould on it! We stayed here 3 nights and not once did the room get cleaned by the staff and the bathroom in a caravan is a lot better than this, very very disappointed. Pay the extra money and stay at a different hotel, I promise this will be the worst decision you make if you stay here. Appalling!

The staff were rude, the rooms were disgusting and seriously unclean, the showers were broken, every thing was old and unhygienic and looks nothing like the pictures. Tried to complain but the staff didn't understand what we were saying. We checked out the day we checked in and didn't even stay as it was that horrific. Do not stay here. Rang hotels.com and they were even less helpful. Still awaiting refund!

Not a good hotel for family. There’s no air conditioning and room full of coach roaches. The man in the reception is rude and not respectful. Better to pay more and stay in a real hotel. We had a reservation for 2 nights but after seeing the condition of the hotel found another one immediately and they didn’t give me a refund.

Walked straight out and ended up having to pay a fortune for another hotel for the 3 nights as we had nowhere to stay and there was no chance we was going to start our honeymoon sleeping in such awful conditions.

Pro: cheap room, right next to a grocery store, ~10-15 min walk to the train station, the WiFi is good, you can get a very nice breeze coming in through the window, its also a quite location. Con: the bathroom smells like urine, and there were ticks in the bed, I got bitten 4-5 times.Tip: theres only one plug next to the sink in the entire room, so bring a 2-3 extension cord.

There were 2 things I was not pleased with: 1 THERE IS NO AC & 2 THE ROOM WAS DEFINITELY SMOKED IN and reeked of smoke with cigarette burns on the floor. I dont liked cigarette smoke. I specifically picked the location instead of another because it listed air conditioning on Expedia. There is an ac, but it doesnt work. They have a sign in front that says no ac. It was HOT! I knew it was going to be hot, thats why I wanted ac. I managed to make it by taking cold showers before bed and sleeping with no clothes. Housekeeping was helpfulThere is a grocery store behind the property and an Italian restaurant (pretty good) in front. Besides that, there is nothing to walk to. Its an industrial/commercial area. The bus stop is close and will get you whether you want- otherwise, youll need a car. The city is about an hour bus/train ride.
