Easy Access and parking literally on the doorstep . The staff were very helpful and a great cooked breakfast choice. The room was perfect for what we wanted with tea & coffee available.

Unfortunately it states in the answer section that during the summer months the Cafe is open for meals until 8pm.Not sure if it can be removed as 2 years ago they changed the opening time and it now closes 5pm all year. This is not a complaint just for information.

Breakfast choice was excellent and served in a room with a very good view of the golf course. We were visiting Gainsborough and the location was very good for that.

Very comfortable stay with a great breakfast

The hotel and venue was ideal for our friends 60th birthday we celebrated. The room was ready for us when we arrived at 1:00 pm so I managed to play nine holes of golf before the party started.

Room decor was nice, bathroom was nice. Food was good.

Noisy with other residents banging doors shut until midnight & at 8am. Booked for Aircon but couldn't use as it was very noisy.

An enjoyable stay, excellent food, shame the cleaners let it down.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice with unlimited tea / coffee. Large comfy bed, room very spacious.

On arrival after a long journey we found dirty cups in our room so brought this to the staffs attention. On the 2nd evening again the cups were dirty so we complained to the staff who apologised on the cleaners behalf stating they were short staffed. Also on the 2nd day we were only given half a toilet roll after room had been cleaned. Other residents doors were closing noisily during early hours. Staff in Cafe19 handling bread to make toast were also handling money from customers without washing their hands inbetween. We couldn’t turn the aircon off at night time.

Perfect stay after a long day of driving

I had a late check in, but the instructions of how to get my room key were clear which made check in smooth. The room was gorgeous, clean and very modern. The kitchen was closed in the morning due to maintenance, but they still went above and beyond to cook me some of the best scrambled eggs I've had in ages.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like.

Exceptional

The staff were exceptional, we were late arriving but they made sure we would be able to get in our rooms and all was OK. On arrival we were extremely pleased with the standards of the rooms, very well presented, clean and comfy bed... and the breakfast was lovely. Fantastic stay.

The only minor things I would change was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but we turned it off and slept like a log!

Nice hotel on golf coyrse

Beautiful hotel with lovely views across the golf course. Staff were excellent, taking time to greet us and showing us to our room and the restaurant. All staff were polite and friendly. Comfortable beds and a god size room
