The location was great, the room was fantastic, probably had the best shower of any hotel I have ever stayed in, the breakfast was excellent, the staff where so nice and nothing was to much trouble for them,
Absolutely nothing, it was excellent start to finish,

Location was quiet and staff friendly.
No dinner option as kitchen closed early

The bed was large. Good shower. Good selection on the tea tray.
No one at reception, I was unable to find where to check in. Every member of staff needed training in customer service. Was ignored both times I tried to speak to someone, firstly at check in and then again at breakfast. Staff only seemed interested in serving/helping golfing customers. No information about what was included in the breakfast package. The carpet in the room was badly stained. No where to plug in a hairdryer near a mirror.
