No hot water, function room had an event and was noisy until late and right under the bedrooms, restaurant was booked out for the event, so no food on site. Room was freezing cold. Nice decor and garden, but basic bar area.

My wife and I stayed for a 3 night midweek break.. Most welcoming proprietors for whom nothing was too much trouble. Dined at the hotel on each night and enjoyed first class cuisine. An excellent character hotel which we would recommend without hesitation.

Room was slightly dated and a small bathroom, also dated. But very clean. The host is so friendly, bubbly and full of energy, will put a huge smile on you face. The food was absolutely outstanding! I will definitely stay again next time Im in town.
