Absolutely wonderful. Although there are properties either side, you might as well be on the moon. Real solitude and privacy, and the property is one of the best ABNBs I’ve stayed at. Really looking forward to a return visit.

The location was good. It was peaceful and aptly named.
Our first experience of a property with a heat pump, which would have benefitted the Retreat had it been put on earlier, prior to our arrival. Despite being a studio the 'bathroom' was quite compact. The wardrobe/closet needs to be taller, and the wardrobe door needs a handle to improve access. No drying rack for clothing. Online directions need updating due to road improvements/closures.
