Corte Lambruschini central apartment with Free covered Parking

Great location and a garage for car. Although the parking place is really small it is very usefull as Genova has big problems with parking space. Most of the sites are within walking distance and the bus stop is just near. As the apartment is on the 7th floor and you have to change from the garage lift to the apartment lift it rakes some time to reach the car or apartment theough the labirint of garage but as I said parking in the garage is like a jack pot. Owner (Cristina) is very polite and on your service so if you have anything to ask you will get the answer. She even waited for us on the street to show as the way to garage and to apartment explaining everything. We got also useful tips for restaurant and shops. Wi-FI works good and there are two airconditioning units so although outside was extremly hot apartman has been cooled very quickly when we arrived to it.

Little bit low preasure on the shower, in the kitchen which is quite small it would be usefull to have watter heater but most of the things you need are here.

L’appartamento è in posizione funzionale, ottima per poter girare a piedi. Vicina a tutti i principali servizi come autobus, metro, supermercati. La possibilità di parcheggiare inoltre è super importante

L’appartamento ha una sola finestra quindi arieggiare è molto complicato. In generale la casa è pulita ma forse in maniera un po’ sommaria. In ogni caso va benissimo per un breve soggiorno!

Absolutely the best location, right in town and with free parking as well

Appartamento molto carino, pulito e accessoriato con tutti i comfort, in posizione fantastica, in un quartiere fornito di tutti i servizi e ben collegato, comodo per raggiungere il centro e il porto sia a piedi, con una bella passeggiata, che con i mezzi. Parcheggio incluso comodissimo e host davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Lo riprenderei e lo consiglio sicuramente.

Volendo trovare qualche difetto...la mancanza di una finestra in camera, la troppa luce per chi invece dorme in soggiorno e bidet malfunzionante.
